Dragon Scales is a dark sparkly duochrome pigment that shifts from dark purple/blue to orangey/brown with flecks of green. Extremely unique and eyecatching!
 
Our cosmic stardust loose pigments are pigments rather than actual glitters and therefore are plastic free and considered environmentally friendly.
 
Can be used alone but for ultimate colour payoff use with our Glitter Fix Elixir Gel Primer.
